Ink Decisive in Read and Print

Germany-based Solex is a leading supplier of highest quality system solutions for mailing and print imaging. Solex has recently installed a jet.engine system with 3 Imagers on an inserter machine for a "Read & Print" application. Their customer wanted a reliable high-quality inkjet system at affordable cost to print barcodes, numbers and addresses onto non-coated envelopes.

Fast Drying and Longer Decap Times
Ink turned out to be the most decisive factor in this case, as fast drying and longer decap times – time that the cartridge can be left in the open without deteriorating - were key. Exclusively formulated for the jet.engine printhead, Basic Black and Basic Black Delta+ jet.fuel inks proved to be the perfect match to the customer’s application.
