Remote Control of the GUI

• Terminal Mode controls the GUI using your own application and data files.
• Using Terminal Mode, click on the START button and you’re ready to go!
• Terminal Mode loads a database directly into the GUI.
• Terminal Mode provides data “On-the-Fly” from your host application.
• Terminal Mode prints data from a loaded database non-sequentially with record selection.
• Terminal Mode supports “Read-Print” mode and allows direct connection to a camera.
• “Jump Around” and dynamically select the database record to print.
• Terminal Mode functions as a simple ASCII printer with the data provided through an RS232 serial interface and enables control of the GUI by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Terminal Mode provides flexibility to use the GUI in many applications that other products cannot support.
• In Terminal Mode, an unlimited number of commands are supported for control and status.
• In Terminal Mode, you can select a variety of control methods, depending on your application requirements
